Service Description

For first-time clients or clients who haven't had a consult in over a year, the initial consultation will involve a more comprehensive evaluation of dietary habits, medical history, and lifestyle habits to create an appropriate nutrition plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This includes missed appointments/no shows.
