Provides an opportunity for you to discuss your health goals and concerns, learn more about the my approach and services, and determine if working with a nutritionist would be a good fit for your needs before committing to a full consultation.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This includes missed appointments/no shows.
